Fully registered participants and accompanying guests are invited to attend an evening reception in the Paraninfo of the Universidad Zaragoza. An informal gathering on the first day to welcome attendees, providing an opportunity to meet and network in a relaxed setting, as well as:
- Gala dinner (June 25th)
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks (June 22th – 26th)
- Lunch (june 23rd – 25th)
- Low Income Countries are the Low, Lower-Middle and Upper-Middle income economies defined according to the World Bank Country and Leading Groups Country Classification data. The rest are considered high income countries.
Method of Payment
1. Online payment is accepted only.
2. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made.
Registration Confirmation
1. Acknowledgement letter will be sent to you by email upon your online registration.
2. The ability to check your payment status will be soon available.
Visa Invitation Letter
1. The HIC2024 organizing committee provides an official letter of invitation for all attendees.
2. This letter will be generated ONLY after payment is complete. Further instructions for invitation letter downloading will be provided.
3. This letter can be printed and used as documentation for visa application purpose.

Receipt/Digital Invoices
1. Participant will be able to download the receipt upon payment completion.
