Abstract Submissions
Authors wishing to communicate their work through oral or poster presentations during the HIC2026 sessions, must submit an abstract that briefly describes the topic to be presented. Abstracts are subject to the International scientific committee evaluation procedure.
All abstracts must include overview, methodology, results and conclusions, conforming to the structure outlined in the abstract template. Abstracts are limited to no more than 2 pages.
Regardless of whether a poster or a paper presentation is requested by authors, it is the Conference Organizers’ discretion to decide whether an abstract will be part of an Oral or Poster Session.
Abstract Template
Accepted contributions: submission and presentation
- Abstract review and decision: After abstract submission and review, the Program Committee assigns the presentation type (oral or poster).
- Full paper (optional): Authors of accepted abstracts may optionally submit a full paper using the official template.
- Conference presentation: At the conference, you will present your work either as an oral contribution or as a poster (according to the assigned modality).
- Please note that registration is required for all accepted abstracts. You can check our registration page for more information. The registration process is not available yet.
Full Paper Submissions
After acceptance of your abstract for Oral Presentation you will be invited to submit your full paper following the corresponding template.

How to upload your full paper
1. Click on the magnifying glass corresponding to the abstract you want to submit your full paper for.
2. On the right side of the page, select “add or update files”
3. Select the your full paper file for uploading and then click “Submit”.
Full papers will be considered for publication after peer review.
The publication of proceedings includes:
ISBN registration
DOI assigned to each paper
Cover, editorial front matter and table of contents
Upload content and hosting in IAHR e-library
Application to indexes
Posters
After acceptance of your abstract for Poster Presentation you will be invited to submit your poster following the corresponding template.
POSTER DISPLAY GUIDELINES:
Poster Size Instruction
- Poster size in cm: 90 width x 120 height. Oversized posters cannot be accommodated.
- Poster Board Dimension in cm: 100 width x 250 height
- Recommended Resolution: The final printing resolution of your poster should be at 300 dpi. Resolution below 300 dpi will result in a pixelated image.
- Poster number will be prepared by secretariat and shown on the poster board. We will also inform you about your poster number prior to the conference starts.
- Please prepare your poster based on the template provided below.
PLEASE NOTE:
There will be no printing service onsite.
Poster Board will be provided at the meeting. But no pin or adhesive tape will be provided, so remember to bring along your poster with the appropriate self-adhesive backing when attending the conference.
