The White House Mill is a hydraulic complex part of the Cultural Heritage Site of the Aragonese stretch of the Imperial Canal of Aragon. It is a project born out of the concern shared by those of us who are part of the Ebro River Basin Authority in order to share what we know about water and what we believe the future with water should be like. It is a meeting point for knowledge and ideas.

The visit begins at the Fountain of the Unbelievers, continues at the building of the former White House Water Mill—which gives its name to the well-known neighborhood of Zaragoza—and ends at the San Carlos locks of the Imperial Canal. It houses an interesting exhibition on water management in the Ebro basin, including areas with information of interest, audiovisual displays, an interactive game area, and a 20 m² scale model of the hydrological cycle.

In the main building of the Ebro River Basin Authority, located at Paseo de Sagasta in Zaragoza, visitors can see the Automatic Hydrological Information System (SAIH), a fundamental service for optimizing the management and operation of water resources in the following areas:

• Flood forecasting to minimize the potential damage caused by such events.
• Monitoring water flows in rivers and canals, as well as reservoir storage volumes.
• Support for the overall management of water resources in order to optimize their allocation and use.
